As residents living in our beloved neighborhood, we face a financial challenge that impacts us all: the unpredictable increase in our homeowner's association (HOA) fees. We are voicing our concerns as this predicament is a joint hurdle that is felt by each homeowner financially.

At present, our HOA fee increase stands at $850. This expense has a significant effect on our household budget and our financial planning. Alarmingly, there are no assurances that this fee will remain stable in the foreseeable future. With the power in the hands of the current HOA committee, unpredictable hikes in dues could happen at any given time, placing an undue financial burden on us homeowners. 

With that said, we are making this plea to mandate the HOA fee to remain unchanged at $600 until control of the HOA committee is transitioned over to us, the homeowners. This petition is born out of necessity and fairness. As homeowners, we wish to exercise the right to regulate the monetary demands that come with living in our homes. We believe this handover will provide us the necessary control over finances that directly influence our lives.

To echo our sentiment, should the current fee of $600 be maintained, we can steer our home expenses more effectively and maintain financial security, which resonates with the expectation of every homeowner. Therefore, join us in advocating for this change, because our homes should not become a financial burden because of inconsistent and unpredictable HOA charges.
