This is a deeply personal issue for me as my mother’s car, properly registered for guest parking through the Reliant app, was almost towed illegally by a driver from All Braun Towing. Despite being parked at parking spot #20, a designated guest parking spot, the driver insisted that the car was unlawfully parked. This occurred even after presenting him with the confirmation number of the parking pass and displaying the evidence from the Reliant app. This is not an isolated event, we have had previous disputes with this driver.

It seems that my family’s experience is not unique. Numerous other reports of predatory behavior by All Braun Towing have been documented, where legally parked vehicles were threatened with illegal towing. On top of these unethical behaviours, their drivers have made unprofessional and racist comments.

The very role of a tow truck company is to ensure fairness and order in parking lots, but All Braun Towing has been doing precisely the opposite. Their actions not only infringe on rights of law-abiding citizens and car owners, but also create a climate of distrust and fear. We are supposed to trust in tow truck companies' oversight, but the unethical and prejudiced behaviour demonstrated by All Braun Towing is eroding this trust.

We urge our HOA board to intervene and terminate the contract with All Braun Towing, choosing instead to work with a company that has demonstrated respect for the community and its parking rules. This is a demand for fair treatment and equal respect for every vehicle owner who plays by the rules. We cannot allow a company like All Braun Towing to continue their illicit and unethical practices without facing consequences.

For justice, for respect and for a safe community, we demand that All Braun Towing's contract be immediately terminated. Sign the petition and raise your voice against predatory behavior!
