On 12/21/25, the US Congress passed the American Relief Act of 2025, avoiding a government shutdown and end to most Medicare Telehealth flexibilities. The Relief Act extends the Medicare benefit for most telehealth services through March 31, 2025. 

This is a win for patients, but we must continue to fight to make Telehealth a permanent benefit for all Medicare beneficiaries, especially patients in rural areas.
