We have filed a complaint against the judge who granted the father sole legal custody of children without verifying the father's living status and work status. 

Father was evicted in 2021.

Father has not held employment from 2020-2022 (inquiry has been made to confirm).

We will be seeking legal action against the lawyers who stood by and allowed the father to violate Maryland’s Rule 1-341, which is litigation abuse. They should have been purvy to Mom filing for child support and winning and the father ongoing litigation to win custody to avoid child support.
