Mr. Giddins took to social media to state that his accusers are claiming he is absuing his children, yet he haven't seen his daughters in almost two years.

First and foremost, his daughters made their own choice to not "see him" due to his bizarre behaviors. This also paints another dark situation that we need to shine light on. After looking at federally funded programs, during the pandemic, everything was basically said to be completed online. Mr. Giddins spent years and years subpoenaing school records and going to his daughters' school to prove mom abused the daughters. Yet when the daughters were in his custody, he enrolled them into virtual learning and kept them enrolled.

This is not the act of a concerned father. Mr. Giddins understood that virtual learning does not present the same safety protocols as in person school. Where a teacher could easily recognized a distressed child, virtual learning would required the teacher to have to go through the parent to inquire about any possible harm or danger.

We are investigating federally funded programs such as WIC, food stamps and various other programs to verify their safety protocols.

We no longer allow Mr. Giddins to hide in the shadows.
