Mr. Giddins relentlessly exploits and manipulates the legal system to sabotage the custody battle with the children's mother.

In a desperate and calculated move, Mr. Giddins has accused Domineeka of "child abduction." His claim boils down to the children not being returned within 48 hours—a charge he has deceitfully escalated to a criminal offense rather than handling it within the family court's jurisdiction. This is yet another blatant attempt by Mr. Giddins to pervert the court system for his own gain.

According to court records, the alleged "offense" occurred on 05/06/23. However, Mr. Giddins himself emailed Domineeka on July 4, 2024, asking for the children to come home. Then, on July 17, 2024, he hypocritically filed his false allegations of "abduction."

We've persistently contacted the State's Attorney's office, highlighting Mr. Giddins' systematic abuse of the legal process against Domineeka. Furthermore, we've alerted the State Bar to his lawyer’s complicity, as the lawyer should recognize that Mr. Giddins is not acting in the children's best interests but is driven by a lust for control.

Interestingly, Mr. Giddins did not file abduction charges against his own mother, Vivian Brunson. On May 19, 2024, when the children refused to return to his custody at a family cookout, it was Vivian Brunson who returned them to Domineeka. This glaring inconsistency reveals Mr. Giddins’ true motives and selective application of his supposed concerns.

We will hold everyone accountable for enabling the power-hungry narcissist that is Mr. Giddins. This charade must end, and the truth must prevail.
