Ed Woodward, 

We ask as fans that you appoint a director of football suitable for the role and allow complete freedom to mold the club and make decisions to sort out the mess at Old Trafford you have left at your feet.

For years match going fans have been asked to have faith in the hierarchy at Old Trafford and to allow Ed Woodward to grow into the role in his position leading the club. 

It is disgraceful that a club that is in the hearts of so many is allowed to be abused and neglected with such bad decision making time and time again, all in the search for the biggest names without a care for fans who make the club what it is.

After years of the same thing happening there doesn't appear to be a single shred of competent decision making at board level and no impetus in implementing the required changes to make the club successful or stable. 

Now is the time for change and the time for voices to be heard as the club may be a business first but without its customers/supporters it is nothing.
