Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared the petition so far.

A special shout out to the people of Reddit, who put together a few other actions you can take if you would like to take it one step further!

1) Share this petition far and wide. If each person recruited one other, we'd double our support! You might like to @ Marcus Rashford if you share on Twitter- he might take a stand.

2) Share in any Man Utd supporter groups you know Eg United Stand or Stretford Paddock or personas like Stephen Howson

3) Email journalists. You could try: Manchester Evening News newsdesk@men-news.co.uk ; the Guardian national@theguardian.com ; or the Independent newsdesk@independent.co.uk. Make their job easy for them by linking the petition and the Ethical Consumer article.

4) Email Man Utd and Adidas (who are partnered) feedback@manutd.co.uk and sustainability@adidas-gro-up.com directly. This part is important: CC the journalists mentioned above.

Finally, a reminder on why this is important. The junta continues murdering people in Myanmar and fires continue to be set in refugee camps on Bangladesh. We heard about the big fires back in March, but refugees are reporting that there are many more than this that we don't hear about. You have already done some good - let's keep fighting to get Manchester United to play it's part too!
