The Issue

ARE YOU A MANCHESTER NH SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEE OR SPOUSE?

Has the decision by the school board that GLP-1's (particularly Zepbound) will only be covered for diabetes after Sept 1, 2025, impacted you or your family? Did you know Anthem is continuing to cover these medications? This is a decision the Manchester School Board made for employees of the school district without their input. Anthem did not make this decision. Anthem still covers these medications, but the school board is taking the option away from you.

If you think your doctor is more qualified than the school board to decide on your prescribed & necessary medications, please sign this petition.

How much money do you think the school board SAVED when your co-morbidities were CURED by taking these medications?

They've told us they spent $1.6M on these medications, but they haven't told us how much they SAVED from these medications being prescribed. Yet still, they've decided to put a value on your quality of life without your input.

If you feel this decision should remain between you and your doctor, and that the school board should stay out of it, please sign this petition.

If you're upset that you weren't consulted or given notice this was being considered, please sign this petition.

This petition will be submitted to the Mayor, School Board and Superintendent as part of a formal appeal of their decision.
