With ever-increasing delays on the Oxford-London route, and reduced timings, we propose that like the Oxford SmartZone system, the Oxford Tube and X90 services get together and offer a joint Oxford-London Annual Pass for commuters. 

Benefits include:

1- More frequent joint service

2- Greater options for stops

3- With so many delays on this route, greater flexibility in redirecting routes

4- Increasing train fares could make a joint service still within reach of many commuters.
