We, the undersigned, request Management Committee (MC) of The Sikh Center of the Gulf Coast Area, Inc. (Sikh Center) to postpone the General Body Meeting now scheduled for January 11, 2012. This will allow us time to arrange a goodwill building meeting with you within the next week to further the productive dialogue initiated by Dr. Sukhmandar Singh last Saturday and Sunday. We want to assure you that we are sincerely interested in completing this pending construction of SNC Gurdwara at Beltway 8 ASAP. As communicated thru Dr. Sukhmandar Singh and others over the last few days, you can count on our substantial financial support and other efforts in building the SNC complex and uniting our Sangat. Please oblige and postpone the General Body Meeting. Thanks.
