Money is ruining this country’s favourite sport - Football!

One rule for one and a completely different narrative for everyone else!

Earlier this season, the Premier League announced they had found that “The Citizens” had committed 115

breaches of Financial Fair Play regulations!!

UEFA investigated them previously and City’s lawyers dug them out of the pile!!  However, they could not investigate very far into the Premier League history themselves.  So things went quiet for a very long time!!

There have been allegations of how monies/salaries etc have been “redirected” through other aspects of the club!

Premier League rules state that such enormous breaches of their regulations carry punishments such as expulsion from the League itself.  One Sports Lawyer pointed out that if City are found guilty of half of these breaches, then they should be expelled from League football!!

This should be investigated as a matter of urgency because the wealth of Manchester City’s owners is spinning a web of buying all the trophies as they go along!

Financial Fair Play means that there should be level playing fields in the top flight of football in this country.

Manchester City are about to win their third successive Premier League title, their fifth in the last six seasons! Making this a very dominating period in the history of English football.

Certainly NOT a level field for the rest of the clubs in England!!

The investigation into these breaches, made public by the Premier League themselves, MUST start immediately to protect the integrity of the Football in this country.
