16 puppies were killed and their dead bodies were wrapped  in polythene and thrown in front of a hospital in Kolkata. This inhuman killing has happened in Kolkata, West Bengal and this kind of act is a disaster in a human society. These innocent puppies could not even scream and tell others of their misery in the hands of whoever was so ruthless with them. Dogs are supposedly messenger of God as per hindu mythology and the only animal to have ever visited the heaven. How can someone be so merciless and do such a shameful act. This needs immediate investigation and punishment of their assasin. I request our honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal  to do the needful and bring these innocent living beings justice and others a confirmationon right to live happily and safely.
