Thank you to everyone who has signed thus far!  Please help Dolly by sharing this petition on Facebook, etc.  She was so happy in her foster home.  She loved to go on walks and cuddle on the couch.  Dolly needed more rehabilitation.  She couldn't get close enough to her foster mom as she had been starved for attention as well as food.
