In regard to malpractice in the research work carried out at govt research institute and academic institutes.

Presenting fraud research data by using govt fund is indeed a social crime. 

Such research results are worthless and on exposing it defame the country image in the international scientific community.

Govt. funded huge money to teachers and scientist working in govt laboratory and universities. But some people are actively involved in the manipulating research results, doing duffer research work, filling fake bills. There is a syndicate work in these institutes, where the game of commission in the purchasing of lab instruments.

So there is a need to punish culprits, who involve in research fraud, malpractice, and reporting fake research work.

We have noticed that two researchers at ISM-Dhanbad... manipulate the research work and published a series of the research paper in the journal of international repute. Photo editing is discovered by a foreigner, and worldwide people see his comment. Such incidence spoils the image of ISM Dhanbad and other Indian researchers too. Such fake research practice demoralizes the honest researchers.

We request to govt that they set up an inquiry against the two faculty member of ISM Dhanbad, for publishing fake research data.
