Legal Advice, FOS and Politicians

Thank you to everyone who has signed my petition. I am very grateful. I just wanted to let you know what I have been doing.
I obtained further legal advice and lodged a complaint with Shane Tregillis, FOS Chief Ombudsman about Philip Field, FOS Lead Ombudsman, Banking & Finance and attached the written evidence again and explained why Philip Field has not told the truth in his determination in order to dismiss my dispute against the CBA. I requested specific answers to all my questions from the FOS Chief Ombudsman and not the usual “speel” he provides to Senate Inquiry submissions e.g. "FOS is an ASIC approved external dispute resolution scheme and must be independent and accountable". I requested an urgent response because of the CBA Resolution Agreement.
In addition to the politicians I contacted on 25 August 2017 I have emailed more politicians of all parties in Queensland and throughout Australia. The only politician who has even acknowledged my emails is the Premier of Queensland. Because this is a Federal issue she has forwarded my concerns to the Minister for Finance in Canberra. I am not hopeful he, or any politician will help me even though the written evidence I have provided proves that the CBA has acted unlawfully and a FOS Ombudsman has behaved dishonestly.
