I am sincerely grateful to each person who has signed my petition and also shared this on Facebook without my even asking this. Even though I am very limited in promoting this petition myself I will keep trying.
I continue to work “behind the scenes”. An interstate Senator recommended I contact every Federal Member and Senator in Queensland to find a politician to help me, which I did last Friday, 25 August 2017. I copied my emails to the Treasurer (LNP), Manager of Opposition Business (ALP) and the Deputy Prime Minister (Nationals). I attached a Senate Inquiry submission written by a single woman in 2013 that describes exactly the same experience I have had with FOS and ASIC, and with the CBA as an example to show that nothing has changed.
Since 2010 there have been 37 Senate Inquiries. The submissions to these Inquiries contain the same information i.e. FOS Applicants have not received a fair and impartial adjudication, ASIC does nothing, the Banks have acted fraudulently, and the lives of innocent, hard working Australians are being destroyed. Many Australians commit suicide because of banking fraud. No one's life can ever be the same because of the stress and the trauma. A Banking Royal Commission has still not been introduced by the Australian government even though these submissions have been written by Australians from all walks of life for many, many years.
