Dolphins are dying out in the Swan River. Today (2016), there are only 36 dolphins in the Swan River and only 20 permanently live there. Every now and then there are dead dolphins drastically found which only decreases their population. We want your help to support this petition so we can try and convince the government to put a tax on boat owners, and give the money to University students for them to study ideal living conditions and diets for the dolphins so they can live a long, healthy life.
