Shocking evidence of my little brother’s torture by staff at NT Don Dale centre went viral last week. He’s the boy strapped to a restraint chair and hooded - Dylan Voller.

I'm terrified for him right now - because the NT Chief Minister says it may be used again on him. It's still legal. Politicians voted last month for it.

This chair should never have been built - nobody deserves to have their human right taken away from them like this. It's so wrong that it’s legal to have your head hooded, arms, ankles and neck shackled and movement and sight restricted.

It was heartbreaking watching him being tortured on the TV. It's my little brother - and those guards were meant to protect him.

Strapping people to chairs and taking away their right to see, breathe and move properly is simply disgusting.

PLEASE HELP. I'm begging you to sign my petition - don't let this torture 'restraint chair' be used on him or others again. It should be banned.
