I have been a fostercarer for 10 years and funding has been reduced to such a level that the children are now being not being offered the support they need , especially those with complex needs I have beliefs and faith in the system are at breaking point as I can no longer implement the support required for them to help with their trauma and complex behaviours. We as fostercarers are inadequately funded even before the funding cuts took place, it needs to change as many experienced carers are leaving and recruiting is at a low. There are more children desperately needing placements but there are less carers now available We need more funding made avaiable
