We are proposing to develop the Nicola Valley Agri Park on Crown land within the Merritt municipality at the intersection of highways 5, 5A, 97C, exit 286, known as the Sector Gateway 286 in the City of Merritt Official Community Plan (part 5.4.6), that is also located within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) of BC.

The development of this proposed $60 million Nicola Valley Agri Park and “the POZ” Agri Plex, which is 100% funded by the Provincial & Federal Governments, is an exciting initiative that will provide long-term benefits and sustainable development to the City of Merritt. The society would like to commit to sharing profits with the municipality to help lower the property taxes in the area.
