Gender equality applies to equal treatment or views based on their gender. Gender inequality still exists due to differences in socially created gender roles.

Gender discrimination in the workplace may include recruiting or training only one gender for a particular position, possibly because it is considered "works for men" or "works for women". Gender-based employment stereotypes pose barriers for women to enter, resulting in laws banning women from certain jobs. A set of circumstances in which a person faces the need to conceive and raise a child can create incentives for women to hire. Besides, businesswomen are limited in terms of interactions with other businesses and government officials compared to men.

Our purpose and priorities are to educate colleagues and others in the workplace on gender equality and provide ways to reduce or resolve these issues. If other individuals also believe that women cannot do what men do, and vice versa, this dilemma will never end. We must remember that each gender is unique, and we cannot base one's abilities on one gender.
