Due to staffing challenges, PVTA are now using shuttle vans until they can find a driver with CDL license to drive one of the bigger buses. Now that more people are wanting to ride the Amherst to Worcester route, it's gotten overcrowded to the point that some people had to either stand or sit on the floor on board. Then the second time some people had to be turned away due to on board capacity. Myself as well as others have been pushing for the bigger buses for the B79. My advice is bring out the bigger bus or cancel the route altogether.
