Making Georgia a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State, District by District, County by County

Making Georgia a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State, District by District, County by County
The Issue
Proposition to make the State of Georgia a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State to avoid the takeover and infringement of our rights and civil liberties as citizens of the Great State of Georgia that we live in and as we dearly value our God given rights. These possible infringements include, but are not limited to universal gun background checks, high capacity magazine bans, red flag laws, and any other counter measures to hinder or restrict constitutional rights of the people that live in our state.
This is a petition / proposition to make the Great State of Georgia a Second Amendment Sanctuary State in reference to resist any state or federal legislation that could further restrict constitutional rights of citizens listed under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.
While the state may not be able to provide complete immunity from laws intended to be resisted, under the Dillion Rule the state and individual counties can be granted the authority to decide the priority of enforcement. By refusing to enforce specific laws or appropriate funds towards their enforcement, any county can severely limit the impact of laws passed by the state or federal government.
There have been more than 330 counties, cities and townships in over 21 states, including Virginia, West Virginia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia thus far that have declared themselves Second Amendment Sanctuaries. It is our duty and responsibility as the people, the electors of power to implore that our rights our forefathers granted be protected and to ask the Governor; Lt. Governor; Secretary of State; each State Representative; each City and County Representative to construct and vote on a resolution declaring the state's intention for no further enforcement of said infringements of the Second Amendment of the United States constitution listed above and every one elected here on, endorsing the resolution.
To the offices of each State Representative and the Sheriff's Association of the State of Georgia.
