With Roe vs. Wade being overturned, ensuring that our children have access to a quality living standard is a must. It is up to us as a country to and ensure all their basic needs are met. 

To protect our children and the unborn we must enforce:

• Mandatory child support payments between unmarried individuals to pay for basic necessities such as: shelter which includes; rent or mortgage as well as utilities of the child's primary home to ensure they're living in a safe environment. Other basic necessities include:                                                            
                                                 
  - Educational fees
  - Childcare
  - Transportation/travel
  - Entertainment
  - Extracurricular activities
  - College expenses (Tuition, Textbooks, School supplies, and living expenses) 

• Mandatory paternity testing to help determine the biological relationship between a baby and the father. It’s important for establishing legal and social benefits such as inheritance and social security, provides a medical history for the unborn child, and can strengthen the bond between father and child while in the womb. 

• Should the individual receiving child support not use the allotted payment towards the well-being of the child/unborn then the parent should face legal action.
