Thomas The Tank Engine is a children's television series about the talking trains who live on the fictional Island Of Sodor. Thomas was always about the simple stories of trains who go on adventures and that is why he has always appealed to both children and adults alike because the simple stories and the characters.

Unfortunately Mattel who is the current owner of Thomas has made a lot of changes and ruined Thomas and what made a once classic television into just yet another brightly colored generic preschool show like PAW Patrol and Chuggington for example. They have removed classic characters such as Edward and Henry and replaced them with two female trains called Nia and Rebecca because they wanted to introduce gender equality into the show They have also rebooted Thomas by making him travel all around the world and by forcing global goals into the series to try and teach kids life lessons.

A lot of Thomas fans don't like what Mattel is doing to the series so I think now it is time to pass the torch on to a different company. A company that actually cares about quality like Hasbro because they make great quality products like with their Star Wars action figure lines.

Because of this I truly believe that Hasbro will be able to deliver what the fans are asking for and what the fans really desire for example well written stories from The Railway Series for example as well as good written characters and they should also bring back all of the older classic characters like Edward Henry and Boco for example and they should also make lots good quality merchandise to make up for the shoddy quality of Mattel's products and they should bring back ERTL, Take Along, Wooden Railway and Motor Road and Rail and re-release these as part of a classic collection of Thomas toys. 

I would also love it if Hasbro owns Thomas to re-release the classic collection on  with the complete Series 1-11, the nameboard sequences from Series 1 & 2 and the specials Calling All Engines and The Great Discovery and these should all be released together as the complete model series collection DVD and Blu-ray boxset  and remastered the classic collection in 1080p HD as there are many Thomas fans out there would love to be able to own the original television series of Thomas The Tank Engine on DVD and Blu-ray.
