Ojai City Council is voting on the Ojai Values Act – their version of Ventura's CARE policy.
This is a non-compliance resolution designed to shield immigrant families, LGBTQ+ residents, and reproductive freedoms from unjust federal targeting.
📍 Location: Ojai City Hall – 111 Santa Ana St
🕔 Arrive by 5PM for free Qigong & watercoloring, and to sign up early for public comment
🕕 Meeting starts promptly at 6PM
💬 The resolution, co-authored by Mayor Pro Tem Rachel Lang and Council Member Leslie Rule, is gaining momentum — and with Oxnard preparing next, this is how we build county-wide protection.
