Percy Pig is an iconic sweet, and it is great that M&S have realised there is a market for a vegetarian version of it (ie, not containing gelatine). However the sweets still contain beeswax, which frustratingly makes them unsuitable for vegans. The vegan population is growing, and would be great if vegan kids (and big kids!) could easily pick up some tasty sweeties in a main stream shop. M&S is already quite good for vegans-selling some vegan lunch options and a few items of cruelty free makeup.
It would be great if M&S could take the simple step of removing beeswax from the Percy Pigs recipe, so that everybody could enjoy them!
