It’s time we approached airport operations with fairness and compassion, ruling out profit from necessary, brief stops intended for passenger convenience.

Fortunately, we can change this. I urge the government and relevant authorities to remove these costly drop-off fees at all UK airports. Instead, we can adopt a model similar to other countries where drop-offs are free or very low-cost, encouraging smoother transitions and an overall better experience for travelers and their families.
