I have been working tirelessly on this campaign, speaking to colleagues, unions, media, and anyone who will listen. Everyone agrees that making day tickets last 24 hours would be a fair and simple change, especially for night shift workers who end up paying for two tickets just to work one shift.

But the truth is: the signatures are stuck. The message is not reaching enough people, or maybe people are waiting for change to just “happen” without pushing it forward. I am tired. I feel defeated. Nurses and shift workers complain about commuting costs every single day — but when it comes to acting together, it feels like apathy wins.

I will still try, but I can’t do this alone. Please, if you agree this is unfair, share this petition. Every single signature counts.

Thank you to those who already support this — you’ve kept me going.
