Make Tiny Toons Looniversity Music Videos for YouTube
The Issue
Back in the 90s, Tiny Toon Adventures made two episodes with the characters of the series performing some of the most recognizable songs in pop culture history. For instance, Babs Bunny performed two songs which are "Respect" by Aretha Franklin and "It's in His Kiss" by Betty Everett. As you can see, Babs' voice was dubbed by both of those artist because the animators wanted her to lip-sync the lyrics just to make it more cartoonish. Another example is Montana Max's love for money with the Barrett Strong song "Money (That's What I Want)". In the TV version, Max lip-synced the lyrics, but his voice actor Danny Cooksey sang a cover for a CD called "Tiny Toons Sing". Having reviewed some of these cases, most of the songs have been lip-synced while others such as the arcade song are original and parodies of the most historical songs ever.
Now that we are in the 2020s, we Toonsters wonder if Tiny Toons Looniversity can make music videos in which no Warner Bros. cartoon has never done. There are some possibilities such as cartoonish pranks, Babs' cutest toes, Fifi's skunk smell, Fowlmouth's swearing, or parodies of songs from our popular culture. The best opportunity for that to happen is to exclusively upload them on YouTube, and Looniversity will finally put the "tune" in "Looney Tunes."
