The Foster System is extremely broken, this Petition is to stop DCF from coming into families' homes and legally kidnapping the children in an illegal manner WITHOUT A WARRANT.

Easily separating the families, the overall damaging effects done BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY, they are so Extreme to the children and the parents only becoming A worse situation. While individuals become broken by non educated Department Workers.  The Snatch and Grab of the Children by the Department is Unlawfully separating Families, that is a Violation of a Parents Rights and intact should be Families Rights To Protect Families.

Taking the children out of thier home based on false accusations, no findings just what a false report says that have no factual evidence is unjustly. Someone that may be an enemy can jus call to make false accusations against a individual such as a Parent.  Where is the Protection for the Families to not suffer from hatred, lies and bullying. A Individual who ultimately causes a domino effect on a Family because of simple vendettas, enemies, friends that get mad, ex lovers or just some random next  door neighbor that just doesn't like you and wants to make problems which become a tragedy, children that went from a family to a Orphan in a matter of moments, separated possibly from thier sibling. Someone can call and destroy A family in a matter of seconds. Years of Families lives Destroyed due to Negligence by individuals who are acting in cruel action  to Families by seperating them. Childrens lives, mothers, fathers all of whom become a more broken system.

  Overall, a simple issue for a family or maybe someone that just might have needed a helping hand, someone who is immediately judged by the investigator or a family member with a past possibly or who knows maybe A parent who had issues, going through a hard time, what if everything is fine but because of past mistakes they are judged immediately and placed in a category.

Investigators lie, case workers lie , Guardian Ad Litems Lie.as well. Why are the only people held accountable the Parents, this is why Families Rights are Important because they are not Protected from the people whom are destroying the Families, someone being spiteful that made a phone call to the hotline even on numerous occations when does protection step in? Because a individual is angry now causes some of the worse things humanly possible for A Family. There is no protection or Laws for Families or Family Rights, things are used against them with no actual findings to support the accusations of neglect and in a blink of A Eye Your Family Is Gone. 

Statistically between the ages of 1-3   has the highest number of removals for children being taken out of the home and placed into state custody. How awful it must be for those young children to be ripped from thier mothers, fathers, siblings  and thier homes. There is no Laws to protect those families OUR FAMILIES.

The Statistics from the Childrens Bureau in the AFCARS REPORT for the year 2020 show Over 407,493 children were removed from homes in the State of Florida alone 117,000 children were still waiting to get adopted as of the year 2020. Individuals' lives are damaged by such disruptive uncalled-for protocols.

Hard ships for families should have programs along with willingness of others to be available for families to improve, We have a Department who is Contracted with Adoption Agencies so we have to protect our Families From the Adoptions and for the Families, we are not to help the foster system We Unite as Parents, People and Human Beings to complete all neccesary actions to move forward according to the Constitution. In many counties DCF is Contracted by Adoption Agencies those adoption agencies are not helping the system but breaking the system. Adoptions through the agency in the year of 2020 were almost as high as the Unvoluntary Termination of Parents Rights coming in at a whopping 57,881 children.

A place for the children and families to ultimately find positive solutions with upstanding programs that actually improve the community with the Families Side By Side we the People Need Unity! instead of preparing a cycle for failure due to the children overall being damaged,  emotionally, physically and mentally also to the poorly and worse off bad foster homes , youth groups not to mention the disruptive worsen patterns the Department places onto the children and  families!  Separating the siblings and isolating the children from thier families in such a inhumane way, is unexpectable.

Somehow the Department wants a positive outcome which is impossible based on the way things occur in the order they occur, Mental Health should be first but it is last, do to factors such as Department workers not even having children or families to understand the actual problems at hand, there is no training like actually having a REAL FAMILY or being a ACTUAL PARENT, We need Families Rights so the proper people are a solution not a new reoccurring problem or issue. Non parents being allowed to take children without a warrant and violating the Parents Rights along with the Childrens Rights something needs to be done to protect these Families Rights.

We need to have Family Rights this ultimately is  ending in abandonment issues that later lead into a  result in drug use  for the children and the parent due to not feeling enough worth or that thier parents didn't love them while it actually being the Department who stops allowing the parents to see the children because in those statistics i didn't mention that 63,815 Parents Rights were terminated based on One person's Decision the Judge, so if the Judge does not like you or has been mislead in any way those things have damaging Results for the Families so please help fight today for these families with me because I am 1 of many families this has happened too!
