This weekend, the STOP group has posted confirming that, as in misleading petitions distributed to residents, they want to enforce a law where only ONE FAMILY is allowed to live in a single-family home. This is in addition to removing from office officials that YOU ELECTED and running candidates who will take away your rights. All of this is being discussed at council TONIGHT.

Urgent: please take a moment right now to email council and tell them to reject these petitions tonight and uphold your rights. YOUR VOICE MATTERS AND EVERY EMAIL COUNTS. Take a moment to email council at councilmembers@pvkansas.com. You can use the sample text below to copy and paste.

To the Prairie Village Council,

Please act today to reject the petitions before you on the issues of zoning and government restructuring. These petitions infringe upon my rights and discriminate against residents. They tell residents who voted for current elected officials that their voices do not matter and their votes did not count. These petitions should not receive any further consideration.
