If you bleed blue, you already know.

The Power K isn't just a logo. It's the one we grew up with. It was on the shirts we wore to school, the hats our dads wore at Commonwealth, and the posters on our bedroom walls. When you saw it, you knew exactly who it was.

Then it got swapped for an interlocking logo that's nearly identical to several other Nike-branded logos. The Power K was one of a kind. The current logo is an embarrassment.

For years, fans have asked for the Power K to come back. We've emailed, posted, and asked again. Every time, we've been ignored, as if the people who fill the stands and buy the gear don't get a say.

This past weekend, the football team wore the first-ever Power K throwback uniforms, thanks to Head Coach Will Stein, and beat LSU in one of the most memorable wins in program history. If you were there or watching, you felt it. That's what this logo does.

So we're asking one more time, louder: make the Power K permanent. It never should have been replaced.

Sign it. Share it. Let's show them how many of us there are.
