  1. I have recently contacted Highways England myself and their latest is they are not responsible for this roundabout or the stretch of road it is on. This response is a full 180 from the response given to Nottingham Post saying they ARE responsible AND are fully aware of the problem. See below for details on how they deny all responsibility. While Highways England and Nottingham City Council (who also vehemently deny all responsibility), squabble amongst themselves, more birds die, more health issues arise and the netting gets worse and worse. An organisation put this netting up and I intend to find out who it was.
