Thank you so much to everyone who has signed and supported this petition so far. Every signature, share, and comment adds strength to the growing call for an NDIS that truly supports people with psychosocial disability — including those living with complex, fluctuating conditions like BPD, CPTSD, and other severe mental health challenges.
Too many of us are being told we're not disabled enough… while also being unable to work, study, or live safely without support.
The system is broken. And we’re here to say: we won’t be ignored.
Here’s how you can help take this further:
- Share the petition on social media, in disability and mental health groups, or with friends and family — especially those who’ve struggled with the NDIS system
- Tell your story — if you’ve been denied NDIS or stuck in appeals for months (or years), your lived experience matters. You can comment on the petition or contact me directly at hyejiheidilee@gmail.com if you're willing to have your story included in submissions to MPs, the Disability Royal Commission, or media.
This petition is powered by people — not politicians or organisations. People who are tired of falling through the cracks. People like me, who have been rejected despite a mountain of evidence, and who still gets up and fights for justice.
Let’s keep raising our voices together. The more stories, the more signatures, the harder we are to ignore.
With gratitude,
Heidi Lee
