We now have over 400 signatories to the petition and plan on taking it to council on 16th July. That's a great number considering the size of Tunnel Hill!
We've been door knocking and the vast majority of people spoken to have supported the petition. In fact, the number of people who I have spoken to on the doorstop and have actively not agreed with the proposal is in the single figures.
Every signature will help us show the support for this proposal, so if you know someone who has been meaning to sign or hasn't yet seen the petition, please do share it with them.
If you'd like to come to the Council meeting in July to support the proposal, we'd really welcome you. I'll endeavour to send a message out with the meeting details, and all members of the public are welcome.
