Fans across Europe currently have extremely limited legal access to several live-action entries in the Death Note series.

While the anime remains widely available, many of the live-action adaptations are difficult or impossible to watch legally in most European countries.

Earlier live-action films such as Death Note and Death Note 2: The Last Name
These titles were previously licensed in some regions, but are currently unavailable on major streaming platforms across much of Europe.

Fans want to support these works legally, but currently have few options to do so.

We respectfully ask rights holders and distributors to:

License these titles for streaming in Europe
Make them available with subtitles on major platforms
Ensure long-term accessibility for international audiences
The global popularity of Death Note shows that there is strong demand for these stories. Making the live-action adaptations available again would allow European fans to experience the full series legally and support the creators.
