Make the Isle of Man TT safer for riders and pedestrians

The Issue

Isle of Man TT is a motorcycle race that is considered to be the most dangerous motor sport of all time.  With 281 deaths since the year of 1907, it is time for the FiA to do something about it.  Speeds of over 200 MPH have fatal consequences within the sport/race, pedestrians and the racers.  We have not had a death in the years 1907-1910, 1973 and 1982.

With this petition, you will be signing to make the notice of motorcycle races known.  The dangers and risks that come with driving a motorcycle is very much catastrophic.  With getting a limb amputated, breaking bones to even dying, there must be safety measures that haven’t been put in place.  I suggest that we put padding along side of the track and even move buildings back from the track.

Many people have lost their lives to slamming into buildings at 150+ MPH.  With pedestrians being so close to the track, many have died from crashes along side of the boundaries.  With the pedestrians dying, we need to add a boundary where pedestrians are safe enough to watch.  With these implications added, everyone would be safer with fewer deaths.  Motorcycle deaths are terrible on AND off the track.  We can add at least one less death with these possible changes added.  Please help the innocent lives being lost to poor safety regulations.  Every life matters.
