Because disabled people are often excluded or have to make 'military like' plans to go out and enjoy life with friends & families. Why should we pay a service charge when the basic services such as access and/or disabled toilets are not available? This petition will make the hospitality market sit up & listen as the market value of £2Bn pa seems not to be a 'carrot' to them!
