The 342 is not fit for purpose. The last service of the day is currently 14:00, which means many commuters are unable to catch this service, meaning they must instead use the overcrowded 372, adding up to an extra 30 minutes onto their commute. 

To correct this failure, First bus should reinstate the 342 from 07:00until at least 17:00, to help commuters and college students get home. The service should also run more frequently, especially during  the morning and evening peak.
