This petition is for CONMEBOL and the College Football Playoff Committee. That is because I want them to do something what no other soccer organization has done: cross over with a different sports organization for a soccer tournament. CONMEBOL, who is organizing the 2024 Copa America, can cross over with the College Football Playoff Committee to make the 2024 Copa America to also be a summer 2024-25 College Football Playoff.

This would mean an incredible milestone for CONMEBOL and the College Football Playoff Committee: a collaboration between each other, despite being with soccer and college football respectively. If this would happen, this would mean a lot to me, a Florida State fan, even though I was only 17 years old currently. This collaboration between two very different organizations can build a stronger sense of diversity for sports for both the soccer world and the college football world.

Right now, it is the right time to make a certain change - one single change to encourage both CONMEBOL and the College Football Playoff Committee to make a Copa America a summer 2024-25 College Football Playoff. My idea for a Copa America x College Football Playoff crossover could become a reality if this is to happen.
