A false report in the wee hours of the night 2:58AM to be exact led to violation of my civil rights via police brutality. On December 15, 2023 I never thought I’d suffer at the hands of an officer from Fairbanks Police Department (FPD), and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital (FMH) before being brought into Fairbanks Correctional Center (FCC). Where I sat for 19 days in pain, because the judge refused to believe that’s what I was in- excruciating pain. How can you leave someone in jail without regard for human rights? And deny them duty of care. What will always remain is the chuckles Judge Oravec and the US Marshal shared on record while they challenged the jurisdiction. But, nothing outweighs the pain I still feel physically and when I look at my hands I am mentally and emotionally torn. Was it necessary to re-adjust my handcuffs to the point my wrist bled? Was it necessary to not be treated as a normal patient? Well, after 19 days of sitting in pain- the petition was dismissed and I went home.  I am now facing issues with probation which ultimately led to the start of this petition.

The US Probation & Parole Office (USPO) does NOT have the incentives to monitor my case, and rather than assist I’m being told “absolutely not”. The negligence surrounding my case since the start (October of 2021) of my probation is overwhelming:

  • Deliberate indifference
  • Libel
  • Civil Rights
  • Cyberbullying

I can only imagine if it continues w/o change what the outcome could be. I highly encourage you to sign my petition. We need to act now to TERMINATE my probation. This calls for a change! It’s time to REFORM this practice they call probation- REFORM 🗣️📰! I have formulated a great concept based on REFORM in order to bring awareness to the judicial system, recently incarcerated individuals and those battling mental health disorders. That is what drives my force for change is my experience, and the bias and the perceived opinions I’ve encountered from a lot of these agencies. Thee entirety of my experience really concerns me, especially the lack of maximizing the potential readily apparent. These are unprecedented times, the ultimate goal is to be determined and stay vigilant. So, please do take just a few minutes to sign and share today with EVERYONE the petition:  https://www.change.org/Naughatall . I know I’m not alone in this and we can make this change together.
