Regretfully I need to follow up with you all. 

The step forward: some work on the AC was done, the thermostats are being set lower and fans were installed. I guess that’s three steps, but importantly…

The steps back: indoor temps hover between 71-73 degrees on warm days, as the units fail to adequately cool the space on warm days; my continued communication is being ignored. 

I am currently trying all forms of communication to influence management to change this dangerous heat, as they are not delivering our basic safety needs.
