I've just come off the phone to andy burnham's team. I've been assured he's aware of my petition. He's currently working on the legalities of bringing taxi licensing  under greater manchester control and regulation 😁. He's currently in lengthy talks with central government on getting regulations changed. 

I'll be sure to update you on any progress and updates. As soon as i have them 😀.
