Make Sure the EPA regulates Factory Farm Air Pollution

The Issue

The EPA has just finished a 2 year study of factory farm air pollution emissions. The study, which was industry funded, was made after several organizations complained that the EPA was not adequately regulating factory farms. In exchange for studying factory farms, the EPA agreed to protect the farms from any prosecution for environmental laws they may have been breaking.

This deal was absurd, but now that the study is done, it is time for the EPA to step up and regulate factory farms. Write to the National Agriculture Compliance Assistance Center branch of the EPA and demand that they hold factory farms accountable.
