Did you know 4 out of 5 Stockton University campuses are already 100% smoke-free? Now, we’re working to take the final step and make all Stockton campuses completely smoke-free.

Every day, students, staff, faculty, and visitors at Stockton University are exposed to secondhand smoke near building entrances, common areas, and along campus walkways. For many, especially those with asthma, allergies, or respiratory issues, this creates serious health risks and accessibility challenges, undermining a safe and inclusive campus environment.

Adopting a 100% smoke-free policy would be a powerful step toward a healthier, cleaner, and more equitable Stockton. It would reduce exposure to harmful chemicals, promote public health and environmental responsibility, and join the growing number of universities across the country that have already committed to protecting their communities with similar policies.
