Hopefully for anyone in the Puget Sound area you all have been doing okay with the fighter jet noise the last few days.  We wanted to give an update on a few things before the Saturday protest and rally, as there are ways to help in person and from anywhere:

1. in person:  Sat. 8/2:  10:00 AM rally Columbia Park in Seattle, WA + march to Genesee Park with signs, music and chanting 
   11:30AM rally + protest with speakers at Genesee Park
2. educate online:  while the media coverage helps--there is a lot left out that really matters to educate more folks to join in.  Check out the excellent piece by some rockstars in our coalition that ran today in Real Change News ( www.realchangenews.org to read "Why it’s time to end the Blue Angels airshow." By Zho Ragen, Dan Gilman and Mary Paterson and please share out (Facebook and/or Instagram  @no2blueangels and @airshowclimateaction)

3.  boost the survey and petition-news stories have mentioned these key tools to get more folks engaged and learn why people want the Blue Angels fighter jets to end.
