Update on our petition to ban smart phones in SD8

Thank you for supporting our initiative to ban smart phones in SD8 schools! It has recently come to our attention that a couple of schools in the district are already phone-free, so we know it is possible. However, some administrators are reluctant to enact such policies without the support & direction of the school district, so we are continuing our mission. 

Important note to those who have signed change.org petitions in the past while living outside the Kootenays: Please ensure that change.org has your current and accurate location, as our petition will be more effective if the majority of signers are local. Thank you!
