Ever since Spider-Man: No Way Home came out nearly a year ago, fans have campaigned for Spider-Man 4 as well as The Amazing Spider-Man 3 with Andrew Garfield which I made a petition for a few years before No Way Home. Anyway, many kids from the early 2000's grew up with Tobey Maguire as their Spider-Man. After Spider-Man 3 released in 2007, there were plans to release a fourth movie that ended up being cancelled due to the previous movie not performing well at the box office. The movie would've featured the Vulture played by John Malkovich as the main villain and Anne Hathaway as Black Cat along with other cameos such as Bruce Campbell as Mysterio. After seeing Tobey return in No Way Home, I figured why not do Spider-Man 4 if he's likely going to appear in other stuff anyway. Maybe even give Tobey another trilogy and introduce Miles Morales to eventually take over the series. I do think Spider-Man 4 should be a prequel to No Way Home and have the post credits show Tobey being sent to the MCU. Just digitally deage the cast for that one.
